SM FIX IT guarantees the quality and workmanship of all new work for 12 months. Customer satisfaction is absolutely key. As a local business I depend on reputation and word of mouth.

£40 for the first hour, and £20 per half hour subsequent work after that. Customers are also charged for any parking if applicable, – see the rates page for details.

04 What method of payments do you accept and terms?

You can pay by cheque, cash or bank transferand payment is due upon completion of your project.

Full public liability insurance £2,000,000. Documents can be seen on request.

Do you do free estimates?

Yes. I can generally give you a rough idea over the phone of how long the job is likely to take, assuming there are no unexpected problems.

Do you do larger jobs such as fitting kitchens and Bathrooms?

Yes I do but I prefer jobs that take between an hour to a day or two so that I can provide a consistent service to all of clients. I specialise in small jobs that do not require expensive specialist tradesmen.

Are you NAPIT registered?

No. However I can carry out many basic electrical and plumbing jobs and can advise you if you need to contact a specialist tradesman.
